Hello my name is Ian Thomason a senior industrial door engineer with over 35 years experience, including 27 years as founder and managing director of ABC INDUSTRIAL DOORS LIMITED from july 1996 – july 2022 when I sold the company to pursue new challenges and ventures. One of which is IT DOOR SERVICES which enables me to continue my passion in industrial door engineering direct to my new customers base. Subcontracting to door companies and direct to new ( end user ) customers.

Having my own non branded transport and uniform, mobile phone, safety equipment, CSCS card and comprehensive insurance. Working remotely, I will provide my customers with a professional service that gives great value for money and which actually generates you money as I uplift, advise further works and use my 35 year management mindset to maximise your opportunities in the customers best interests and ultimately a doors optimum safety to operators, customers and staff.
I am fully experienced in all the reactive emergency scenarios, urgent repairs, install and service demands of the door industry. This is why I know my site REPAIR / SECURE /SURVEY service will help you avoid upsetting clients when you are overwhelmed with unforeseen work loads.
